Maintaining optimum, seamlessly operating premises are vital to upholding the pace-setting quality and service that are synonymous with the brand. Our Approach

We worked with key decision-makers within the company to understand the its unique needs. In consultation with the operations manager, director and store managers, we tailored an end-to-end facilities management solution to scale. Our service package encompassed;

Proactive facilities management was achieved through quarterly site audits. To further streamline our efficiency, responsiveness and client communication, we created an app to log jobs and resolve issues onsite that fell under our management.
